Google defines Seal of Approval as a status or a recognition given to a product, service, or concept that meets certain criteria created by an organization or person.
The Bonkerz Seal of Approval is required before any comic can work for Bonkerz. These requirements include a commitment to professionalism, as well as providing a great experience for the audience. Bonkerz’ comics are given an itinerary for each venue that outlines show times, content requirements, contact information, lodging details and even a minimum time frame they must appear at the venue before the show.
Bonkerz’ comics typically work multiple Bonkerz venues every year. Some of our headlining comedians work as much as half of their calendar year just working for us. Their actions at each of our venues relates to their employment at all of our venues. Doing a good job in one location is how they earn the opportunity to work all of our locations. The converse is also true, so you can rest assured that the Bonkerz Seal of Approval is not easily earned and something that comics must maintain in order to perform at any and all Bonkerz locations.

Tab Lloyd is the unpredictable, Dallas-bred, risk taking, emerging comic and is in arguably one of the most intriguing acts on the rise. Now living on the the west coast, Tab has powerfully pushed her dent into the comedy industry with inspiring noise on all levels. Her skits span the diversified areas of entertainment with a multitude of material from clean to xxx-rated. Relentlessly rising as one of the nations comic luminaries displays the equal parts of her skill and sonic finesse, giving proof to the dream that living what you love can become a reality.
Tab Lloyd is here and you will find Texas’ finest performing…….A Former Ms.Black Dallas crowned 1995 and went to place 1st runner up in the Ms.Black Texas pageant. She loves giving back to the community. While traveling statewide to visit different schools and oraganizations benefiting low income children.
The unpredictable, Dallas-bred, risk taking, emerging comic is inarguably one of the most intriguing acts on the rise. Ms.Tab Lloyd started out this dream of entertaining at an early age. Her career with nothing more than hope and within less than a years time soon became one of Dallas’s most respected & requested acts.
Today, with Las Vegas her new home, Tab Lloyd has been performing for local audiences for the last five years as a stand-up comic and for that past year attacking audiences funny bone on the West Coast. Having won several comedy competitions including a “Best Comic” and “Emerging Comic 2011”. She has been seen all over Las Vegas, in such comedy spots like Haraha’s Improve, Alexis Park Comedy Club, Big Al’s Comedy Club and Meatheads just to name a few. While living on the west coat, this has allowed her to perform on the stages of Comedy Store in Los Angeles and San Diego, not to mention a performance at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.
In 1999, Tab made her debut on stage in Dallas at Backdoor Comedy Club which lead to small roles in theater and television. She has been seen on stage at Hyenia’s and Funny Bone in Dallas. She is had delighted audiences at Improv in Dallas and Addison before this comedy circuit, but has really taken advantage of the experience. She enjoys singing and dancing and has found the challenge of a live show thrilling. She is dedicated and eager to master this comedy scene hopes to land more acting, headliner in future shows.
Tab once performed every Saturday with Vonda’s Soulful Saturday at Elm and Pearl Club in Dallas. Rapidly fans find her becoming an in-demand performer within her contagious array of unique & unpredictable impersonations. Tab’s oddly addictive style swagger has earned her several awards and roles leading to television, stage, publications and the big screen. Despite her nature to fly steadily below the world’s superstar radar, her work has given her little reason to hide. Her comic styles and materials are catching wave and predictions of hit appearances are well underway. Tab claimed most of her fame as a comic/actress/entertainer, to her family and friends who has always supported her every idea and accomplishment. She has broken down barriers for comics and club entertainers everywhere. She has gained legions of devoted fans in a statewide broadband who purred at the thought of her appearing in their home towns. Now, the master comic/entertainer, finds herself producing her own prank-call CD and “AH-Ha gottcha” DVD scheduled to drop in 2013. She has written and scheduled to produce her own series of plays by the Spring of 2011.
Tab Lloyd looks to become one of the first “DALLAS” comics to make gains in the mainstream comedy markets. She finds herself chasing her dream of as a comedian against the comic heavyweights she once grew to admire and support. Tab will be bigger and better in 2012 putting her production on her priority list and lining herself up against the best. MIA also holds prestige within her co-founding & presidential roles within VSS.Inc., one of the most dynamic entertainment websites in the country. VSS.Inc. has collectively organized the newly formed website about positive lesbian women for lesbian women. (www.vss.com) and is pending on a radio station and reality t.v.show. Additionally, Tab won the second annual VSSBET Award for best female entertainer of the year, 2 years in a row.
As an actress, Tab performed in what would be her first on-stage debut, in an elementary play titled “Presidency”. It was at this time she knew the career of choice would be in the entertainment industry. She later went on to do a variety of commercials and modeling for a variety of advertisements. In July of 2005, she had the opportunity to travel with the Big Top Circus and performed in several cities as a “showgirl”, where she danced and impersonated a member of a popular singing trio.Later in 2006 she made an appearance on FOX’s hit show “Prisonbreak” and “Walker Texas Ranger”. Thereafter, appearing in two music videos and 3 made for DVD movies scheduled to drop in 2008.
Tab received rave reviews for the behind the work scene as a make-up artist for the plays “Lord, I need a man”, “Triple threat”, “Coldheart”, “Young love”, and “This is me being free”. Tab is a powerful actress, funny comedian, sensational make-up artist and overall spectacular performer. She had a break-through performance in the play “All in the name of Love” where when this show went on the road, her presence was a nessisity. After traveling and leaving audience and fans holding their stomaches for the strong comedy talent displayed in the hit play “Don’t start no stuff at 30,000 feet” which traveled through 5 states, she is sure to soar to unbelievable heights.
With all this said, Tab has powerfully pushed her dent into the comedy industry with inspiring noise on all levels. When not on stage and doing what it is that she does, she currently pursuing a career in Property Management, where she serve as a buyer to well needed renovated apartment home(s) and rehabs these complexes into decent shelter to be provided for low income families.
She also serve as Acitivty Director for my Church Choir, where she sing, alto. She is also founder of YADA (Youths Against Drugs & Alcohol) a non-profit organization providing postitive tactics for young adults, because they are our future.
She enjoys children, music,worshiping God, shopping, bowling, movies and a good book.
