The Bonkerz Seal of Approval
Google defines Seal of Approval as a status or a recognition given to a product, service, or concept that meets certain criteria created by an organization or person.
The Bonkerz Seal of Approval is required before any comic can work for Bonkerz. These requirements include a commitment to professionalism, as well as providing a great experience for the audience. Bonkerz’ comics are given an itinerary for each venue that outlines show times, content requirements, contact information, lodging details and even a minimum time frame they must appear at the venue before the show.
Bonkerz’ comics typically work multiple Bonkerz venues every year. Some of our headlining comedians work as much as half of their calendar year just working for us. Their actions at each of our venues relates to their employment at all of our venues. Doing a good job in one location is how they earn the opportunity to work all of our locations. The converse is also true, so you can rest assured that the Bonkerz Seal of Approval is not easily earned and something that comics must maintain in order to perform at any and all Bonkerz locations.

Voice Artist
Alan’s self deprecating material is a mix of strange situations, zany characters, and impersonations. His friendly and silly personality engages the audience and keeps them laughing. Alan is a voice artist. His character voices are used for commercials, radio and Disney. He also was on CBS’s Comedy Night School, and FOX’s News Remixed. Alan was a semifinalist for Florida’s Funniest Comedian, Monsters Comedian of the year in 2016, and a Finalist in the 3rd Annual Comedians Ball.
Impersonations
Alan grew up in southwest Florida, learning at a young age that making people laugh gave him a great feeling. He spent countless hours in his room with nothing more than a TV and a tape player to entertain himself because he came from a home with a strict stepfather. Alan learned his talent for impersonating various TV characters and friends of the family during this time. He was awarded funniest person of the year in middle school. Newcombe used his comedic skills all through his years at school to make friends, meet girls and outsmart the bullies to cement himself as the funny and friendly guy. He was awarded a college scholarship for acting, after highschool. Then, he began working with an Improv troupe, which led him to stand up comedy.
Unique Style
Alan now performs his unique style of comedy all over the country, while based in Orlando, Florida. He has the privilege, after many hours of work, to open for such great acts as, Chris Tucker, Darrell Hammond, Pablo Francisco, Jeff Dunham, Jim Florentine, Fortune Feimster, and more.
