Salt Lake City
First, Steve McInelly built his comedy chops on the Salt Lake City open mic scene. Soon, he found himself opening for touring headliners and local Utah celebrities. Similarly, Steve was featured with an article highlighting his career in the Utah comedy scene in Revolv Magazine, in 2016.
K-Town Komedy
Steve founded K-Town Komedy in his hometown of Kearns, Utah, in February 2010. The show pulled in sold out crowds to see comics from New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Seattle and Los Angeles. Unfortunatley, the venue was torn down in 2015.
a Husband & Father
Steve McInelly was married, and had his first child, at the ripe old age of eighteen years old. After enjoying the life of a husband and father, Steve decided to take to the stage for laughter, and some much-needed therapy! Steve’s comedy will let you see the world through the eyes of someone who has been married longer than he hasn’t. Not to mention someone who had to mature along with his children with the help of a lot of humor!
Las Vegas
Steve McInelly now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada and performs all over the Las Vegas Strip. He even performs at local bars and clubs. Steve has headlined such notable venues as The SLS Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, The Monte Carlo, and The House. If you haven’t seen him touring the country, you may have caught him on TV. He has been on The Screening Room on The CW Network or Street Genius on National Geographic.
On the Rise
Last but not least, Steve McInelly also runs The Las Vegas Smokin’ Comedy Showcase and The Hendertucky Comedy Showcase. He recently released his own DVD, Steve McInelly Live from The Las Vegas Strip. The DVD was recorded at the Bonkerz Comedy Club, inside the SLS Casino. In addition, Steve was the headlining comedian for the 48HR Film Project Award Showcase, Las Vegas, Nevada.
