Cochino

Cochino began his comedy career thirteen years ago.  After taking several years off (6 years), he returned hitting the road hard and running on the comedy scene in 2006. Since then he has quickly emerged as one of the funniest upcoming comics in the Southland with his unique brand of funny. He has performed at all of the major clubs and casinos across the West Coast, such as The Laugh Factory, Bonkerz Comedy Clubs, The World Famous Comedy Store, and all of the Improvs in Southern California including the San Manuel and Pechanga casinos.

Upon returning to the comedy circuit, he has opened for some major headliners such as Dave Attell (The Gong Show, Insomniac TV) and Ron White (The Red Neck Comedy Tour) and Warren Durso (Work of Genius, Esquire Magazine, Even Money & Cutoff). He has also performed with other well-known comics such as Chris “Kid” Reid from Kid n Play.

Since 2009 Cochino has been headlining clubs and colleges all over the West Coast. Cochino has appeared on many cable shows for local television and Showtime on Demand for Comedy Time and VH1 also a regular on the Jamie Foxx’s Foxxhole radio show and as well as on the Mark Curry show. He has appeared in the movie “Nowruz” in 2014. In addition, he continues to host his own successful comedy shows in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Cochino has also performed many corporate events (clean material) throughout California and surrounding states for Pizza Hut and General Mills. He is a proud staff speaker for Major League Baseball Youth Academy. He has opened for well known music artists and groups such as Peaches and Herb, Brentonwood and Zapp, Joe Bataan.  He has opened at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles for the group “War”.
